Moscow International Foto Awards, Spéos winners 2017
Three Spéos students from different student batches are winners in the Moscow International Foto Awards (MIFA). The MIFA mission is to recognize, reward and expose talented photographers from around the world and introduce them to the creative community in Russia.
Spéos 2014 Alumni Olesya Shilkina was awarded Silver Prize in Fashion Advertising (professional) for her “Tzuri Gueta” campaign, and an honourable mention in the portrait category (professional) for her “It was a pleasure to meet you” series.
Olesya Shilkina is a Russian portrait photographer currently based in Paris, France.
Olesya strives to work with people and characters and her aim is to show a glimpse of what is hidden in her portraits.
Spéos 2016 Alumni Remi Salva won 3rd place in the Architecture category (non-professional) for “The Story Project” and also Gold Prize in the categories Architecture: Buildings (non-professional) and Architecture: Cityscapes (non-professional) for the same project.
Remi Salva is a French landscape photographer from the South of France currently based in Sydney, Australia. He is fascinated by natural landscapes, man made structures, countryside’s and vast oceans.
Spéos 2014 Alumni Cecilia Colussi received an Honorable Mention in the Travel/Tourism category (professional) for her work “Maiko’s life”.
and a second Honourable Mention in Other category (professional) for ‘Huranga Holi celebration in Dauji temple, Baldeo, Mathura’.
Cecilia Colussi is an Italian portrait and commercial photographer. She loves working with people covering assignments worldwide.
