Ksenia Usacheva, “Un goût de Contemplation”

Ksenia Usacheva will present Un goût de Contemplation at the Spéos Gallery, 7 rue Jules Vallès 75011 Paris, from 2nd of October to 9th of November, 2018.

Opening of the exhibition: 2nd of October, 2018, from 6pm to 9pm.

I let myself be guided by my inspirations and my understanding of beauty,
resulting in the mix of personal perception and technique of substance.”

Exploring the creative universe of Ksenia Usacheva is like participating in an explosion of colors. In search of permanent ideas, she exudes unwavering energy and the desire to create without limitations. Her personality touches many through its fragility that conceals a luminous serenity, both in restraint and its tireless focus on others. Ksenia aims to magnify the look, catch the light and paint without brushes.

Capable of embellishing anyone like a portraitist, she carefully fine-tunes every detail of her works. The universe and ambiances that reflect her vision, are shifted but, in essence, so much more realistic. The resulting photos are rare moments, frozen in time, where beauty emerges, as if by magic.

“Un goût de Contemplation” poses not as a simple title to an exhibition but as a double invitation: to enter into its singular universe and have this extraordinary dreamy sensation that exists only within our subconscious. Bringing inanimate objects to life or transforming real mannequins as a still life is not fantasy for Ksenia.
By mixing different genres trough her vision, she playfully deconstructs the world to create a more enjoyable universe, providing new perspectives for audiences. The visual gymnastics present throughout the collection, immerses the viewer into the singular universe of Ksenia.
