Georg Zinsler, PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris

Georg Zinsler has been awarded the First Prize in the Press – Professional Category of the Px3 competition, for his series “Life behind the wall”, a reportage on Palestine.

The “Prix de la Photographie, Paris”, Px3, strives to promote photography all over the world, discover emerging talents, and introduce photographers from around the world to the artistic community of Paris. Winning photographs from this competition are displayed in Paris and published in the Px3 Annual Book.

Born in 1979, Georg Zinsler is an Austrian photojournalist and documentary photographer based in Vienna. After his studies in art history, he attended Spéos Paris Photographic Institute in 2012-13.
