“30 under 30 Women Photographers” selects two Spéos Graduates
ARTPIL’s “30 under 30 Women Photographers” – for the past 12 years – has showcased the work and supported the careers of emerging female photographers in an attempt at “positive discrimination” in a predominantly male-dominated area.
In 2021, we are very happy to announce that two recent Spéos graduates were selected.
Anouk Flesch, who specializes in portraits and sports photography, currently works as a freelance photographer for newspapers in Luxembourg. Her work presented at ARTPIL comprises sports events from horse racing to the Paralympics, and is complemented by more personal projects, such as her series on people exercising during the 2020 lockdown. Anouk is a graduate of the Professional Photography in 1 year program.
Benhei Dai, combining her fine arts background with still life photography, shows work that resonates with “Ouroboros”, a game of paradox in which the original scenes are reconstituted by oscillating perception. Originally from Shanghai, she currently lives and works in Paris. Benhei is a graduate of the European Master of Professional Photography in 1 year.
Congratulations to both of them!
